If I were to sum up the issue in one sentence it would be this: My Instagram shop is active, but it cannot connect to my Shopify Store, even though my Facebook Commerce store (which has the same policies) is working perfectly. This is likely a bug that they would want to resolve for other users as well. Do you have an internal Instagram contact that you could reach out to on my behalf? There has to be some internal shopify team that managers the Shopify Instagram connector. I've already contacted them in a few different formats, but it has been over a month with no response.
